Yes. We own 100% of the whole system from web development, web host to system maintenance. We don’t rely on 3rd party intervention to prevent any disturbances should they suddenly stop supporting the software.

We do full backup for our client’s databases and files on a weekly basis for up to a minimum of 1 month.

Yes. We will provide you with 10GB email and web disk space allowing you to create unlimited email accounts.
You may choose to divert your email automatically to another email address (such as to name@singnet.com.sg or name@yahoo.com.sg) or connect to it directly. Connecting directly means you can use the Microsoft outlook to send and receive your email using POP3. Alternatively, you may also use a user friendly webmail which is inclusive upon sign up and requires no software installation.
We value your requests and add it in our “wish list”. If it’s something all our clients could benefit from, we’ll make it an enhancement request for future development. If it’s something specific to your situation, we’ll need to study carefully whether the customization would be compatible or restrict your website in receiving future enhancements.
